My family and I met Mike in 2019, but weren’t able to get a new mattress just yet. I had always remembered how kind and personable Mike was, so recently when it was time to purchase a new mattress for our daughter, I thought of him. Last week, we went to see Mike and sure enough, he was still the same kind person. What I like about Mattress Direct Oviedo, is that it’s a very relaxed environment, with absolutely no pressure to buy. You tell Mike your price point, type of mattress, even pillow type, and he makes it happen. My daughter tried out several mattresses, and is very happy with the one we got for her. You see all those great ratings before me? They're true! This store deserves every single good rating it gets. 1) High quality mattresses & sturdy frames. The owner doesn't sell beds or frames from companies that don't stand by their products. 2) Though the price varies on the kind of mattress you get, you'll be getting the BEST PRICE for any of the mattresses. We bought a Wellsville (high end, pricey) and he beat online prices by a mile. 3) Real customer service! Of course he wants you to buy his mattresses (and for good reason), but he's not pushy or obnoxious. If there's a problem, he's got your back. But you won't have many problems, because he doesn't sell bad mattresses! 4) We got something for free. That doesn't mean YOU'LL get something for free. But who doesn't love free stuff!
