I went into the store after not sleeping the whole night because of my old mattress.
Mike was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY, and was a HUGE HELP finding me THE RIGHT mattress.

My family and I met Mike in 2019, but weren’t able to get a new mattress just yet. I had always remembered how kind and personable Mike was, so recently when it was time to purchase a new mattress for our daughter, I thought of him.

Last week, we went to see Mike and sure enough, he was still the same kind person.
What I like about Mattress Direct Oviedo, is that it’s a very relaxed environment, with absolutely no pressure to buy. You tell Mike your price point, type of mattress, even pillow type, and he makes it happen. My daughter tried out several mattresses, and is very happy with the one we got for her. I highly recommend going to see Mike at Mattress Direct.

Low prices, amazing customer service, fast delivery, and a 90-day return policy!

I bought my first mattress from them, but after about 60 days, i realized it’s too soft for me. (due to a car accident, i have lots of neck pain while laying down) I was able to return the mattress and he helped me find a firmer mattress that is perfect for my neck. Then, they didnt have a certain pillowcase in stock that I wanted, so they found it online and shipped it to me for stock price, no upcharge.

Due to work and traffic, I ended up getting there 5 mins after they closed. He was absolutely willing to stay after closing time to help me out. He even remembered details about our first interaction months ago.
