Amazing company and people  .   In getting a new mattress for my elderly mom in assisted living,  the mattress was excellent quality, but the overall height ended up being too high for her safety getting up and down . I had an excellent experience with Mike, the owner of Mattress Direct. He gave us a great price and made the entire process easy and comfortable. There was no pressure, no sales games, and none of the “buy it today or lose the deal” feeling we experienced at Mattress Firm. It was refreshing to work directly with a knowledgeable local business owner who genuinely wanted to help us find the right bed. Mike personally delivered and set everything up, and his service didn’t stop after the sale. When I mentioned wanting to put a rug underneath the bed, he even offered to come back and help us move the bed and adjustable base. That kind of personal service is extremely rare today. Mike is honest, patient, responsive, and clearly stands behind what he sells. We received a great bed at a great price and were treated like valued customers throughout the entire process. Mike was great! He is so kind and helpful. We initially got a Full, realized we needed a Queen and he went above and beyond to work with us for the return and upgrade. Love that it’s a family owned business!
